Booked the guest list a few moths back and can't recall what the vs agent said about confirmation of the limo on the day? Will I receive an email from the hire car or a confirmation call? I know I could call the helpline, but I thought v-flyer may be able to assist before I'm done holding listening to rather poor sound quality music :)

Cheers

I only recall 1 person ever mentioning using the guest list. I'm posting from my mobile so I don't think I can hunt down the thread. However, I know that with CDC, you get a call from Tristar.

You should get a call from Tristar to confirm the pickup info that was given to them and to confirm the pickup time too, following along the lines from the CDCs I get it should be a couple of days before departure - guestlist follows along similar lines from my understanding.

They will also send you a text on the day, if you gave them a mobile number, letting you know that your driver has arrived. |:)

I'm afraid that if in doubt or Tristar don't call, you will have to listen to the ever cheerful VS music and speak to VS to reconfirm the details.

As Tinuks says Sam, the guestlist doesn't get mentioned much so would be more than eager to hear your experiences with it. y)

Hope ya enjoy your trip around the world - wow just checked your travel map.. how are you getting from New Zealand to Alaska (AKL is the iata for Aukland International if that is what ya mean), looks to be a fun filled August ahead for ya 8D

Guest list was pretty sweet all in all.
If not flying Uc, I would definitely do it again.

We used it in April, very easy process as we were not flying UC that time. However it would have probably made more sense for us to have just booked the lounge (if available). £340 versus £60 each. We only live 5 minutes from LHR, so the cab ride would have only cost us £11. Not really worth it moneywise.

It does seem extremely expensive for what you get.

NB if you were relying on the £60 entry you would be gambling that there was space available on the day.
