Hi, I have 2 pax on the booking and only one smart phone, does that rule out the use passbook BP?
We will be on route to the airport hotel when online check in opens, what would our options be?
Thank you in advance....

From the va FaQ page ...
If you’re a passenger travelling or checking in individually, you’ll be able to request mobile boarding pass. Each person must have their own boarding pass on a separate phone. Please be aware that some airports operate automated security and boarding gates where each passenger must be in possession of a single mobile boarding pass.

As posted above each passenger must have their own smart phone.

You are able to check in with your smart phone when checkin opens then collect boarding passes at the Airport.

All flights** departing the UK, which offer our traditional mobile boarding pass, will also offer the new Passbook service.

** Excludes VS200 Heathrow to Hong Kong and Sydney

mobile boarding card issued but picked up printed card at the airport as my phone battery was about to die so I had a back up.
Just wondered where you stand if you clear security and get to the gate and find your phone is dead, would they print another at the gate ?

I've noticed on the last few flights I didn't receive my boarding pass email with my passbook link. It also seems that I can't re-request this email either so it seems passbook is a one time thing!

Hopefully the new app may sort this kind of thing out. I mean if EasyJet can do it really well with their app...
