Flying Club Number

Just logged into my flying club account and discovered that my account is not linked to any booking. Thought this was a bit strange and then realised that my flying club number has changed. My status has not changed (and is not due to do so).

I have recently asked for a new card to be sent out as I lost my wallet and therefore my old membership card. Could this be the reason for the change?

Quite possibly, if you haven't gone up or down the tiers then there isn't any other real reason for your FC number to change.

Your numbers will be linked in the background so you don't need to worry about changing them on anything, just your future flights won't show now like you have found out.

My AU number changed a few years back randomly... went from starting with 00900 to a 00901 start.... I asked VS CS and they did not seem to know why either.

I would just put it down to some random computer action, just watch out for Skynet

Same thing happened to me. Just change the number on the My Booking page and the links will show.
