Morning all,
Just tried the new Pop-Up Kitchen in the CH. Peruvian. Yummy!!
The card given to me as I entered the CH states "This week only".
I wonder what next week will bring.......... :D

Don't get too excited joeyc. They are only, or seem to be, serving little sample selections, think four spoons on a plate v( from noon to 2:30pm.
Nice tho, a little fish with vegetables, a little meat with the same, a small sweet offering and a drink. The nice lady will explain every little details (if you let her!).
I did also notice a very nice shrimp selection at the Deli that I have not seen before..

Lol, and how many 'four spoons on a plate' plates to make four distinct main courses worthy of the V-Flyer? :P

A nice little gimmick though and a good use for the space during the day. Let's hope they continue it. Fingers crossed for a good steak restaurant when I will be flying through... Gaucho perhaps i)

Enjoy the CH LG and safe flight 8D

Hmm, not going to be there for a few weeks myself, but can't wait to see what is on the menu by then! Would be great if they could publish some sort of advanced schedule if the concept takes off.
