been a long while since I've been on a 747 & i'm trying to visualise the UC layout. would you recommend upstairs or downstairs - outbound & return. i'm assuming the upstairs is still a snooze zone on the 002?

Oi, hands off my 19A! :-) definitely my favourite and I deliberately pick the 744 flights to NY over the 346 and (obviously!) the 333 whenever possible as it's the most civilised way to fly IMO...

19A from me too!

Or other seats in the A-Zone if not available.

12 A+K for me if flying with the Mrs.
19A/K when it's just me.

Last time I flew in the upstairs in UC was to SFO and the entire upper deck was UC I haven't been up there since it's a split with Y.

Yes on the 747 the snooze zone is upstairs as per these new and snazzy but far too large seat maps

The list of actual flights that had a snooze zone (that used to be on the seat maps page) appears to have disappeared ?| ?| ?|
