Flightsats Not Showing Loads For Virgin Atlantic From LHR

I just logged-in to Flightsats to check the loads for my VS400 DXB flight on the 15th September and it's displaying the following message:-
" The airline is invalid ". It will however display the loads for my flight from LGW to CUN for November. Anyone else having problems with flight checks from LHR?

Thanks Penny. I'll give it another try tomorrow, it seems like my computer is playing up.

I have regularly been checking my flights for November and some days they are displayed and some days not.

Think it is all a bit random.
