Booking flights for aug to mco

Well guys ,I did warn you so here's comes the first of my questions
Still a bit early for the return date (15th aug ) to be available but as an exercise I typed in 1 aug to the 12 th ,looking at y fares ( there's 6 of us so got to be realistic ) fare codes showing u outbound L inbound so my question is this ,based on people's experience this year when can I expect the lower fare classes to be released and what is a realistic price ? I know there isn't a hard and fast rule ,just trying to gain as much insight as possible

I know there was a thread a while back on a similar vien when the pros and cons of airline pricing during school holidays was intently debated.

I found my experience of booking for next May was finally resolved through phoning FC as attempts to book on line had come up with astronomical prices.

It turned out cheaper putting two in UC and four in PE rather than six in PE :0 I was happy with the result as it was a third cheaper than booking through VH.

As to getting a cheap(er) time to buy, my view is that many will have booked through VH months ago and that as a result, the cheapest buckets may well have gone - as if VS has any inking to sell cheaply when there will be a demand
