Yes, you need to book a slot so give them a call, usually they like it within 30 days of your flight.

I've noticed that VS have now added a section to your online bookings giving you the details on how to book DTCI for Upper Class flights. It's in my Upper reward booking.

Good spot, James y)

I still think I'll pass on it for a variety of reasons - one being that I'll be bringing a second bag which I intend to check in to the left luggage area in LHR overnight rather than faffing around with it to my hotel. Another would be the hassle of getting all the details required in time for my arrival in the DTCI Too much like hard work

Lol, Ahh HL there really is no other way to arrive though. Guessing you are flying in the day before your flight and will be snagging a lift from the hotel? All been talked about before, as long as VS know the circumstances and you have a slot booked, all the wing need is a quick call from yourself before arrival with the number plate of the taxi (and poss the driver's name).

Is there no way left luggage could deliver it to VS UC - or VS UC team go and collect the bag for you? lol - might as well ask :P
