What to do with 2970 AAdvantage Miles?

I currently have 2970 AAdvantage Miles left in my account. I do not see myself flying with American before they expire, can I do anything with the small amount that is left sitting in my account? I'm a Virgin Flying Club member and bmi Diamond Club.

Also AA normally sends out ads to get magazines for a year at 1,000 each. Pretty good deal if you have no further use for them.
