Got the Park and Stay deal so for 1 night and 8 days parking it was £212 total. I have been told that to get to T3 I need to walk to T4 and then catch the internal train over taking 5 mins.

Yes, its 6 mins on the Heathrow Express so walk out the hotel and straight over... Free transfer too so that's nice! Trains start at 5am so no issues there and 4 an hour.
