And certainly do not steal a pen from the business room :) hehehe

Or for that matter the writing pads and post its - randomly found a ch post it note attached to a piece of writing at work the other week - kindred spirit me thinks. Shame the post it note itself required me to a lot of work :)

Given that they link directly to it from their mobile app, they clearly endorse it.

I imagine their social media team keep across the main topics of conversation. Who knows, maybe they're as frustrated as we are at some of the things the company does (or doesn't do). I imagine most of it comes down to money though.

Sorry to bump an old post, but better than starting a new one I think... Mods, please feel free to move or delete if not V-Flyer eitquete!

I have booked up and now only 214 days to go (sooo long!) but wanted to check a few things online. I used the live chat area and they have told me I 'cant' have access to the CH - although on my booking it sais VAA Lounge Access!

Could this be wrong and I indeed dont have access that I purchased through VH..? Also, who would be the best person to confirm this?! Starting to get a bit worried and a little upset to be honest...

If you've paid for CH access through VH, you should receive vouchers in the info pack they'll send you, probably not until a few weeks before you go. If they don't, then's the time to call VH and follow it up.

I assume your live chat was with the airline rather than VH, in which case they won't be aware you're entitled to CH access. The vouchers are administered solely by VH and as far as the airline's concerned if you're in PE you're not entitled to CH access. On the day just hand in your vouchers at the CH front desk and you'll be let in.

I certainly wouldn't worry at this early stage but if you feel you need to speak to someone it should be VH as you are their customer, not Virgin Atlantic's.

Thanks Gumshoe..! I will await the information pack - didnt know I would get one of these, I just assumed an email and PDF would be all.

I will let you know how it goes, and hopefully get some pics and a review up if that would be appricated..?

I have done the same as you, paid to access the lounge when flying PE next week.

We got vouchers in our pack from VH.

My Husband is also apprehensive about the whole CH experience but I've assured him I'm sure he'll enjoy it :D
