Re facebook, I don't facebook, but as others have said, check the settings / facebook page and remove the account if one is entered. To sync, go into settings, then iCloud and make sure you have set up iCloud with your Apple ID. And make sure documents is turned ON.
Then go to the settings page for pages, and make sure iCloud is turned on here aswell. Probably the same for numbers.
If numbers is stuck loading, uninstall it, power off, power on, then reinstall. (You won't have to pay again)
