PM message problem

I've sent another member a PM twice (one last night and one this AM) but they have failed to deliver ( odd message saying I'm logged in to a secure bit of the site ?| - yes I know!).
Can anyone help me please?

Try logging out and logging in again and then try to re-send.

Done that - it's exactly the same ?| .

Can you do some screen shots of the error message? I'm over in the US at the mo, so everything's depended on hotel wifi and how tempting the pool is, but I'll have a look...
