Complimentary Little Red Flights

Hi.

I recently earned a complimentary Little Red flight via the recent Upper Class promotion. Can anyone tell me if I have to be the named passenger on this booking or can I use it to book for friends/family?

I called VS to ask but and was cut off after 25 minutes of holding! Not the first time either! I really wish they would come back to you every 5-10 minutes and let you know what's happening whilst you are on hold. It hardly ever happens on the phone to VS! Maybe the agent couldn't find the answer and decided it was easier to release the call... :0 Surely not...! ):

Funnily enough, while in the LHR lounge today the Flying Club lady was talking through the complimentary offer with me. She stated that the feedback she had received from above was unclear - but that it's likely they won't allow it to be used for others. However, as far as I am concerned there is nothing in the T&Cs for the offer that SPECIFICALLY states they cannot be used to book someone else. Sure, it says the complimentary flights will only be added to your account - but no detail (that I can see) that says you must be a passenger. If you get a definitive answer, please post!
