Shops Away site has changed its look and my shopping history has disappeared along with a couple significant items that were pending (few thousand miles worth). Has this happened to the rest of you guys?

Yep, my shopping history has gone too. There were a few items pending but they seem to have been transferred to the new list.
In my experience, when you have a few thousand miles due from ShopsAway it tends to "forget" that you clicked through them and the FC put up all kinds of barriers in order to get your miles in your account. Fingers crossed you get them through ii)
