Plan to spend a day in London

I will be arriving at London Heathrow on 20th December around 2 am. My return flight is from LHR to Chennai the next day night. I will attend a meeting from 10am to 12 noon on 20th and after that I am free. I would like to spend some time in the city. Suggest some good plans.

The 20th December is the last Friday before Christmas and for many in London will be the last working day before taking a break. So I would suggest you avoid shopping and dining as both of these activities will clash with the majority of workers in Town on that day.

- location your meeting
- time of your flight out
- your interests

V-Flyers may be able to help. No use suggesting a trip out to Greenwich if your meeting is near Heathrow and you only have a few hours to do anything. Friday evening is also likely to be very busy on all routes out of the City - including those to Heathrow - so you will need to leave plenty of time to get to the airport.
