Should be fine. Just make sure they right +1 guest on your invite when you check in.

The girls on the desk will have to phone down to VS to make sure if there is nothing on the card.

Not a lounge I'd want to pay to enter, even if you could!!

I'll second that. Very disappointing. No proper food.

Yes, but as I have said before, the lounge certainly beats no lounge at MCO ! The concourse can get so busy and noisy .

Out of interest - has anyone tried a Amex platinum for access to DL lounge on a VS ticket, any clue if it works. When flying back from Orlando in Feb, that would be handy.

Do you mean the priority pass that you get with the Plat AmEx?
IIRC Delta lounges are no longer part of the Priority Pass scheme.

No - the amex platinum itself gives DL lounge (and AA) in US - if on a DL or AA ticket. It's the one reason I keep an amex plat - frequent US trips on many airlines means it's the one access all lounges pass out there.

Just was wondering if anyone had tried with a VS ticket

to enter with amex plat, DL rules say you have to be on a DL operated flight...

http://www.delta.com/content/www/en_US/ ... -faqs.html

AA lounge amex plat access is ending 22nd march

priority pass is no longer covers DL lounges, but still ok for UA lounges (as long as it's a proper pp card, not the pp 'select' card that i think amex issue to usa customers)

fwiw i've used the MCO lounge on VS, i think i showed my AU to get in

but as others have said, it's not much of a lounge, especially when heaving with open-mouthed noisy eaters
