Booking an M Class Publish fare Ticket

I have been told that to be able to use my FC miles to upgrade to UC I need to change my current ticket to an M class ticket.

Is this the flexible ticket which is displayed online which cost a fortune?

No, it's not.

You can select M as a booking class.

Call me thick billy but how do you select a particular fare code from that link ? ,
I normally phone up FC so this is new to me
