Hi everyone,

I've got flights to LAX in May, but I'm having lots of trouble trying to manage my flights on the FC website.

I've tried to add my flying club number to my booking on my laptop, on my work laptop, and on ipad, all to no avail.

The help from the FC call centre suggested that my operating system might be to blame, I have windows 7, windows XP, and the latest apple ios. On all systems, I have real difficulty getting through to the right screen, I normally get a "Internet Explorer can't display the webpage" message, and even if I don't get this, the info I've updated does not appear on my booking.

Could it be possible that my FC account has a problem?

Has anyone got any suggestions on what I might do?

I can always just ring up to add the details I guess, but I'd much rather input myself and I'm worried this will affect my ability to select seats or check in online.

Do you have the same issue if you use your name and the booking Ref or just when you are logged in under your FC account??
If the details appear correctly then it may well be a gremlin in the system.

That seems to be a common problem. Just call them and ask them to add your FC number. (Although it's worth checking that it isn't added already - have you tried signing in to your FC account and clicking on "Your Future Flights"? If your booking's listed, then it's all fine)

It won't affect your ability to request seats or do OLCI though.
