I decided to log into my Clubcard and change the preferences so that my vouchers are now emailed to me, they normally come by Royal Mail. I always convert them to miles but usually wait until there is a bonus boost offer on to do so. There is an offer on currently. £2.50 buys you 813 miles.

I logged into my account and there are £70 worth of vouchers which converts (with the bonus promo) to 22,764 miles. As my husbands vouchers came in the post yesterday (mine didn't) I set about converting his and then doing mine.

As I went to do mine using the online voucher method I had the warning that each of my £70 worth of vouchers had already been used. :0

My password for the online account is incredibly strong and I suspect my vouchers have gone walkabouts in the mail and have been spent in store.

Clubcard are closed today, but I shall try them tomorrow to see what if anything they can do. Hate to think I've lost 22k miles.

It may be prudent to check your online accounts and ensure everything is uptodate etc.

Mine also came yesterday, hopefully they will sort it for you each of the vouchers has your details on so they maybe able to trace where they have been used. Good luck linda.
