Haha I'll see you then, I'm on the 19 to SFO so will hit the CH around 0800 and I'll have my camera at the ready for V-Flyer pictures buddy ):

Oh and I'll be wearing my usual Jeans with a T Shirt / Shirt combo then change in to my comfy pants for the flight :D

Dressing comfortably but sensibly seems to be the norm. I usually come straight from work so am very happy to don VS pjs on boarding and looking forward to the new all cotton ninja suit. FA will hang your clothes for you if needed. Wish I could just stroll through Arrivals to Revivals in my pjs!

Can I just say... ROFLMAO at these latest posts.

Hull - do you literally mean comfy pants or were you being all Yankee and actually referring to your trousers! ;)

Actually shouldn't the fedora be standard issue hat for all v-flyer gents when flying UC?

Haha sorry Bretty, yes I've become Americanised over the years, upon boarding I change into my nice comfy tracksuit trousers.

Some people change into the "sleep suits" given out (especially on night flights), others take their own PJs. BUT NOT A ONESIE!

I take my own black cotton pjs, closely modelled on the Sleep Suit by Sams of Kowloon; on our last trip back my girlfriend did, indeed, change into a 'onesie'; a mountain bear version purchased in Manitou Springs, Colorado and complete with button flap, for ease of access.

But then, she does have gorgeous red hair, tattoos and piercings, and a figure and age to carry it off.

Oh, and her accuracy with a firearm is impressive.

I prefer a shirt when travelling. Not so much for the looking smart element, but more for the practicality of storing my passport there at the beginning of the airport experience (assuming my shirt has a pocket that is!,)

I tend to wear a (suit) jacket for the same reason, sparky. A few nice pockets to stash things in and still easy to couple with a t-shirt and most sorts of trousers (formal or not) for a reasonable look. Sweat pants and a jacket do not seem to work though as my wife says it makes me look like a tramp, lol.
