Down stairs PE seats on LGW1 Advice please

Hi all V-Fylers,
Ive got a S class PE booked retuning from Vegas shorlty so Im checking daily for availabiltiy for a miles UC upgrade seat (fingers crossed) but looking at the seats available for pre-selecting in PE it only seats in row 19 D,E,F,G, (first row down stairs) I wondered if these seat recline fully or are they restricted due to the partition behind them ? ?|

Yes, they fully recline. 19AC are my new fav PE seats on this config, but the big issue I have with the middle seats is the fact the toilet door opens right next to the G seat and I personally wouldn't want to sit there.

Do all the seats recline now even when there is a partition behind behind them ? ?|

Every seat on every VS long-haul aircraft fully reclines.

we had these seats coming back from orlando in Nov. Seats fully reclined and there was still 'bounce room' before you contact the partition
