Hi all, am off to Barbados in two months and managed to booked seats on the plane. Delighted to find out it is an A330 we will be flying on outbound.
My mate however will be less so, he is an extremely nervous flyer, anything with two engines transatlantic and I have known him to hyperventilate at times especially with rough tubulence.
It happened last year flying back from Newark on a 777, and unfortunately he spent a lot of time in the bathroom.
Is there anything that can do to cure that or courses that may help, we are not going for another two months. Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated
