... Where the service is great, the food is lovely, and the atmosphere is relaxed. This is such a wonderful asset for VS: long may it continue.
Missed you by a few hours - I was in the level below in Cathay's "The Bridge"
I'm sitting here looking at The Bridge entrance!
Very jealous - now dreaming of relaxing on the terrace at HKG Clubhouse post shower with a glass of champagne and a refreshing sorbet. It's become a ritual when we fly VS to SYD but will need to find another excuse now! Enjoy and have a great flight. y)
A purple boarding card, pre-booked cowshed treatment, glass of T10 with lime, a proper amenity kit, packet of polos and a Freedom Menu please!

Experienced this for the first time last week. I have to say this is the best club house service I have encountered anywhere (only able to compare with LHR, LGW, EWR and JFK). Managed to while away some 5 hours here
Shame I had to work a little.

I completely agree with you -- it is absolutely fantastic. It is the lounge I have valued more than any other I've experienced on the VS network. After a hot day in the bustle of Hong Kong, it really is unbeatable.
