My experience of BA is limited to short haul. And I've no experience of AC. However, I was in Cuba a couple of years back and got chatting to some Canadians. We got on to talking about airlines and to a man/woman, they all derided AC. That said, those that travelled towards the pointy end did like the layout. There's a lot to be said for direct-aisle access and not having to clamber/be clambered over your fellow pax.
That reminds me: has anyone here had experience of having loud, obnoxious neighbours?
No? Well it seems the Canadians have a lot of experience...
Many thanks, I am leaning towards BA at present, once flights are released price will be the deciding factor.
I have only had one experience of an obnoxious passenger, 15 or more years ago my wife & I were flying BA Club to St Lucia, our flight was delayed for 10 hours, when we eventually boarded all but one passenger were just happy to finally be on our way to our holidays. As the aircraft taxied one chap (also in Club & very drunk)was out of his seat & walking around shouting about how disgusting the delay was, he had spent £x on seats for himself & family etc, the crew got him back in his seat, I think they secured him there in some way, fortunately he then went to sleep & remained quiet once he woke, his family were understandably furious with him, a member of the crew told us that if it hadn't been for the long delay passengers had already experienced the captain would have returned to the stand an offloaded him.
