Having spent 40 minutes writing a report, all my work was rejected on posting ): ): ): - so I will try once more, adding small sections to this post by edit.

Why does V-Flyer make it so difficult?
-------------------------------------------------------------
VS have again done well in the UK Nunwood Customer experience excellence awards.
Virgin Atlantic have come 5th in the list, behind John Lewis but ahead of Emirates (15), Virgin Holidays(29), BA(32), Lufty(43), KLM(88) and Thomson(99).
Jet2 did well for a "low service" airline coming 67 in customer service excellence!
"Virgin Atlantic’s end-to-end service sets them apart from other airlines. From booking to flying to arriving at the destination customers feel the service is exceptional"
VS did particularly well in the "Pillars" of "Personalisation", "Expectations"(brilliant basics and magic moments), "Integrity"(delivers on the promise) and "Empathy".
Perhaps still work to do on "Resolution" (complaints) and "Valuing Customers' Time and Effort" (perhaps greater recognition of frequent flyers and V-Flyer? ): )
At least VS do show improvement in all sectors.
---------------------------------------------------------------
Just had another "Forbidden permissions" message on an edit - sorry no awards for V-Flyer today - I give up! ][|)
