Has this happened to you with Virgin?

5 of us travelling tomorrow, just went to do OLCI and it showed just 4 (Although 5 are showing on the manage my booking screen, allocated seats etc.).

Had the opportunity to add my DD(5), which I did, clicked continue and only the original 4 show as checked in and printed boarding passes. Went back in Manage my Booking, shows all 5 but only 4 as checked in. Cant check her in as under 15 on the e-ticket number.

Rang VA, said they can see her on the booking and seat, that they would issue a BP in the morning.

I cant help but worry!

Now, I am 30 mins from Gatwick so am considering bundling said child to Twilight Check In - so an range of questions here:

1. have you had a similar issue (resolved?)
2. as all the rest of the party have checked in, do we all need to be at the Twilight to check in (cant see why as it is only my daughter)
3. am i being daft as a brush and itll be all ok

It's happened to me in the past where one or more of the passengers in the booking were unable to be checked in online.

I would phone VS and they would tell me that I needed to checkin at the airport, sometimes they wouldn't say why, other times they would say something along the lines of "for security reasons, some customers need to checkin in person."

Not sure how true this is, but either way, anytime I've had an issue checking in at T-24, I've been sorted at the airport.
