Probably a bit of a cryptic thread title if you didn't see my post from Sunday, but I'm happy to report that there is Basmati rice accompanying the curry option in the EWR clubhouse tonight. LHR take note v(

First time for me in here since it was redone, and definitely an improvement, if still lacking in windows. Just girding my loins ahead of my 2nd ever flight in the UCDS... I wonder if my opinion will change at all. I will let you know - but whatever happens I'm sure it will be better than my BA WT flight to ANU on Sunday. I'm just thinking of the rum at the other end...

Well, in summary, I stand by all my previous comments about the UCDS (you pretty much need to oil me up to fit me in there, but sadly there were not many willing volunteers). That said, there was an excellent CC looking after me, and the cheese was pretty good too, so mitigating factors in play.

TR to follow when I get time by the pool at the Verandah in ANU next week.

Lol, I'm due to fly a UCDS / 330 in October, and by the sound of it they might need to oil me up to get in then! Unless of course the rumours are true that the first of the 787s will be introduced in October to the BOS route.

Have a great time.

Well, I'm currently in the EWR lounge and I concur with ratechaser. The curry is great (pretty hot, in fact) and the service is amongst the very best I've experienced. And there is basmati rice. :)
