Any reason upcoming flight not showing in 'future flights'?

Hi all,

I've added my FC number to by booking to MIA next week, but for some reason it's not showing on my 'future flights' page. I believe there was an error in my name originally (an extra L in my first name) so I wonder if that has something to do with it. It's a W and S fare so nothing out of the ordinary fare-wise.

Any thoughts?

Not sure how it works, but it is a bit flaky. Bookings disappear after the outbound leg typically, and then sometimes reappear, sometimes not.
