Hi. In January I got this email from Virgin. May clubcard points have posted but no bonus- has anyone else received one?

On my account the 30% bonus has been posted before the auto tippers!

This time around I even swapped tesco fobs on keys in my family so I get the points...without them knowing! :o)

They know I'm the evil child and expect nothing different! y)

I too had the email Jo received.

I had 30% bonus appear immediately in January and auto tip so not sure why they think I don't.

I am also interested if anyone has actually got a 30% bonus this time. I received the same email in January, just before the January statements were processed. Could it have been a FC typo which should have said "January"? I hope my suspicions are wrong....

If I remember correctly when I last went in to tesco the bonus points showed on the bottom of my till receipt as a bonus points offer.

The miles could have already been applied this way but I may stand corrected.

I correct your stand! Tesco only show clubcard points on a receipt and you may get bonus clubcard points. They are not the same as virgin miles.

I don't need any additional miles at the moment as it's hard to get reward flights during school holidays and that's when I fly. But I was wondering for the 100,000 miles prize can I transfer the minimum amount (£2.50) and still have a chance of winning?

Glasgow to Orlando! Going via Gatwick this year due to the difference in school holidays between Scotland and England. I'll see how it goes before deciding on next year.

I have sent a letter to Virgin having received no response at all to 2 emails. Had to buy 3000 miles in the mean time which has annoyed me. I have checked both email and they both clearly say the May statement. It is 15,000 miles across our 2 accounts.

In reply to Fuzzy's question I have just done the minimum £2.50 conversion of points and Flying club confirmed that was enough to be entered for the competition, the points also went on my account the next day.

I have also requested from e-rewards a week ago or longer and nothing as yet they used to transfer almost instantly, they now say up to 8 weeks. v(

Thank you! Now I'll need to wrestle the club card account password from the mrs...

I got fed up with eRewards but I might get back into it.

I have phoned both Tesco (who told me to call Virgin) and Virgin. I was told that they would send a message to the relevant department who "would look into it" and get back to me with a response........that was a week ago & nothing. No call & most importantly no points. I will give them until tomorrow & then call them again. :(!

Just another voice adding that I also didn't get the 30% bonus on my May Clubcard statement.

I selected Auto Opt-in earlier in the year as there was a 2,500 mile bonus for doing now, but I'm wondering if I'm now safe to deselect it to make sure I can transfer points when the next bonus comes up.

Tesco say that the email is from flying club and it's nothing to do with them. I am still trying to get this sorted, there are now 3 people "looking into it".....I'm getting a bit sick of being given the runaround to be honest. v(
