Boarding was MUCH more organised than Manchester and soon we were sat in our extra legroom seats which we managed to get together. 40H was a bit too close to the toilets but at least I didn't have far to go! Weren't lucky to get a row of 3 to ourselves but the extra legroom still worth it.
This time we got 2 drinks service (outbound was only 1) so I managed to have pre-dinner G&T and a glass of wine with my meal

Dinner wasn't as nice as the outbound flight but I've found it never is...even in PE. Had chicken Teriyak which was gristle and fat and the sauce had totally dried out which made the congealed rice inedible. Salad o.k and lemon GU pud small but yummy. I never expect too much from aeroplane food and we'd had a big lunch so wasn't that hungry.
One thing that would have put me off if I was hungry was the grumpiest flight attendent that I have ever come across in 22 years of flying. She literally threw people's dinner on their trays...I'm not exaggerating! Her mood hadn't improved by breakfast but at least it was passed to us instead of thrown on our trays. I know we all have our off days but on my worst day I'm sure I'd never throw someone's meal at them. My contact lenses had dried out so I couldn't catch her name but I heard several people say they were going to complain. Unbelievable !!!
After dinner, choice of tea or hot chocolate but no coffee

Was looking forward to breakfast of yoghurt and granola but it had changed to blueberry muffin and cereal bar which were way too sweet but an improvement on the inedible plastic english breakfast. OJ and choice of tea/coffee and then it was time to land.
Bit of a shaky landing as had to take off again due to weather conditions. Wish it could have flown me back to vegas as got the holiday blues big time

Economy was definitely better than I thought but hoping to get enough miles to return to PE next year !
Just one minor criticism...before EVERY movie there is a clip of richard Branson asking for change as donations for his children's charity which is a great cause and I obliged - but if you're having trouble choosing a movie you have to watch it SO many times. Tried fast forwarding but it's impossible to land on the start of the movie so just have to listen again...and again
