Club House

We have 2 and a half hours to kill, is it worth it to buy in to the club house in LGW ?? Hubby says no, but I'd love my son to have a go only 5 days to go to our second trip with Virgin, think I have all my homework re meals and seats done, only travelling eco though but hey more spends for Orlando !!

Personally I'd go for it (although not sure how often if at all they let Economy passengers buy in - PE maybe).

It's about £45 IIRC which gets you a nice breakfast, a free bar, a treatment and a relaxing space away from the madness of the departure lounge.

Only you can decide if it's worth it though - £135 for 3 of you could buy some nice treats when you arrive, depends on your personal circumstances I guess.

Or have a look at the No.1 lounge.
It is no clubhouse but is a lot better than the madness of the south terminal.
I think VS Flying club members get a discount at the No.1
