Hi all, I have chosen my UC seats a while ago based on the plane being a A340-300, but just went to look now, for the flight tomorrow to see if check-in had opened, and it says the plane is now a A340-600 - so have changed the seats for ones that work a bit better for us on the A340-600. Is there a way I can check for sure if they have swapped the plane out?
The seat map will be the most accurate place to confirm the a/c type due to operate your flight.
Cool, I made the right decision then, moved from 2K to 10K to get away from the toilets.

I personally would try and move to the A side if you're going as high as 10, as you only then face the wall and not another suite.
The general consensus on here is that 3-6K or 9-13A are the best options on the A346.

I'm travelling with my wife, so thought 10D and 10K would be good. Sorry forgot to mention that!

You would still be better going for 2 A's or K's in the number range I suggested. I'm not a fan of the middle seats at all, the lack of air vents alone is enough to ever stop me choosing them. Plus they are not aligned correct with the window seats so it's still not very easy to chat.
You lucky devil at least you will get a better IFE, we nearly always go for 4,5or6K. AS you get the screen I had to change seats last time to the middle row as my IFE would not work and it was awful as the guy opposite was working and muttering into a tape the whole night trip. linda

They are our first choice on the A346

Nice one - very lucky. I had the 343 both ways to YVR last year, real shame on one of VS's longest and more expensive routes. The 346 is much nicer. Enjoy your flight.
