online miles redemption discounts

hi everyone

excuse me if this has been answered before - i've not been lurking for long and this is my first post!

is the following offer likely to be carried on, from previous experience, come 2006? :

Spending miles on Virgin Atlantic flights
If you've registered your Flying Club account online you can now spend your miles on Virgin Atlantic flights online. And until the end of December 2005, we're offering the following discounts for online redemptions on Virgin Atlantic roundtrip flights:

1,000 miles discount on Economy bookings
1,500 miles discount on Premium Economy bookings
2,000 miles discount on Upper Class bookings

The pure answer seems to be that nobody really knows. I was worried about the same thing, and hence posted this thread some time ago.
