Hi all.

Anybody know from experience what the loads are like to MCO in January, specifically in Y?

Booked already, 22nd January on the VS15 (only 1 flight per day). Just wondered if it was likely to be quiet or not. We're travelling with our son who will be 15months and have booked Seat Plus both ways.

Thanks. :)

January is generally a quiet month after the very start with all the NY travellers.
As you have found out VS often merges their 2 daily flights in to 1 and also some days doesn't have a flight, so I would expect average load levels.

Sundays in Jan/Feb can be very quiet - both out and in. We had a row last 2 times on a Sunday. Find it better to take Monday off work - and Fly Sunday than Sat.

Thanks for the info guys.

We're flying 22/1. We were toying with the idea of PE but thought that Y with the option of the extra seat was the bets option for us and the little one (not to mention those in the PE cabin). It'll be a bit different not flying UC/PE but one thing I've learnt in my 8 months of parenting is that its not about you, its about them :)

What age will your little one be at time of flight? If they'll be small enough book the Sky Cot and this means you'll get the bulkhead seats with all the acres of space that go with them. Almost as good as PE.

Alternatively do Virgin still do the seat plus thing? I think it was £40 to reserve the seat next to you.

He'll be 15 months so too big for the skycot....but we have booked the seat plus at £60 each way, just to guarantee an extra seat. Hopefully we'll end up with a row of 4 :)

That's really useful, thanks!

I feel slightly more excited and slightly less scared now, although that could be down to the bottle of red I've just had! Thanks again.
