Premium economy a330 LHR to Dxb questions

Hi there,

I am due to fly from LHR to DXB in PE and as it's my first time in VS PE had some questions:

1) Which are the best seats in PE? This is a 3 class variant on the A330.
2) With the seat recline of the person in front, does this seriously cut down your space?
3) Do they always have a veg option for the main on their flights?
4) If anyone has done the DXB route, do you get a cooked breakfast on the way out and lunch and tea on the way back to LHR?
5) With priority boarding with PE, are PE passengers called to board before or after economy or at the same time as business?

Hi and welcome to v-flyer.
1) All PE seats are the same, there is extra leg room in the bulkhead seats. If travelling as a couple the side seats are best ( AC or HK ).
2) If the person in front reclines it does encroach into you space to a certain extent. It makes it more difficult to get out for the toilets.
3) They always have a veg option for the main meal, mostly pasta.
4) You do not get a cooked breakfast on the way out it's more a continental offering. It is lunch and usually a sandwich and cupcake for tea on the return flight.
5) PE gives you priority boarding along with priority baggage. Upper and PE are usually called at the same time for boarding.

If there is a breakfast service, then it will always be a hot option in PE.

For afternoon flights it is a sandwich, mints, crisps and sweet of some sorts ie choc or muffin/cupcake.

Thanks for the reply. Yes travelling as a couple so defiantly want AC or HK. With the bulkhead seats do you get much disturbance from the galley and toilets? Is AC or HK better in this respect?
