2 questions MMF & Seat Selection...

Hi,

I have two quick questions if some kind would wouldn't mind answering...

1- I have some friends who are flying with a partner airline in Sept in Ec & with VS in Dec in PE. I have sent them the MMF link but my question is which flight will I get my recommendation miles for? Obvs I would prefer it to be the VS flight as I get more miles( 15k to be exact!)...any idea?

2- My flight countdown says 61 days & 19 hrs...it will flick over to T60 sometime tomorrow so at what point will seat selection become available? will it be 8am tomorrow?

1. Don't know but I'd have thought the VS one. Someone else will know for sure.

2. No, it'll be 8am Monday as at 8am tomorrow you'll still be at 61 days plus about 3 hours.

MMF is only for flights on VS metal so it will be those ones you get the bonus from.

It's good to be excited, this is another part of the build up to your trip.

Not to put a downer on it, but do remember they're only seat requests and the airline can move you if they wish / need to. After the groans from another v-flyer recently it's worth remembering that fact. But that said, I hope you get and keep the seats you want.

I requested my seats this morning, got the ones I wanted in the bubble.....now none left!! I have been following the 'last flight with virgin ' thread so am am aware that it's only provisional until I'm strapped in & we're airborne! I'm just happy I'm going back to Vegas! I'll sit in the loo if I have to...just get me to the strip!!!
