Hi everyone
We are looking to fly UC (first time) to Antigua next Easter with two 5 year olds.
Is it easy enough to keep an eye on/help the kids, given the seat configuration?...also any tips on the best seats for us/kids?

Cheers

we went UC to orlando with our 2 boys aged around yours, we sat in seats 6 ak and 7 ak these were fantastic seats in the front of the aircraft.

The only issue would be if they get fretful during take off or landing. For that reason I'd suggest a run of four in the A or K seats, with parents at either end and the offspring sandwiched between.

True, but the ANU flights are, I think A330 and so the cosy nose option isn't available.

Thanks ...it's just given the dates we are looking at, there isn't a great deal of difference in price I'm told, so just weighing up options.

Thanks for the above advice.
We have gone with UC and I understand it will be in the "new" upper class suite, so looking forward to trying it out!

Just a quick question about the lounge at Gatwick if anyone knows......does it have a childrens area?

IMHO the V Room is much better for children than the Clubhouse. But V Room has it's own access criteria for pax. I was in the CH two weeks ago but I don't recall seeing a child area, but with two 15yr olds I wasn't really looking.

UC on the A330 is fine for children, certainly that age. They will probably spend the entire journey plugged into the IFE as mine did at that age.

Enjoy Antigua, where are you staying?

Yep, my kids used to be happy playing on the WII too. That was before getting their nails done took over as the priority!

Honestly, the CH is fine for kids, as long as you're not looking for an amusement arcade!
