Best UC seats on LHR flights?

Hi,

I'm usually a Manchester flyer on the MAN-MCO route, so 6A and K are our UC suites of choice. Next year however we're branching out to fly LHR-SFO and LAX-LHR. What UC seats do you recommend for a couple on the LHR 747 please?
Also, is there an arrivals lounge at SFO, and what is the LAX lounge like please?

For me, 12AK which is the LHR equivalent of 6AK, but anywhere in the A Zone is excellent.

There is no arrivals lounge at SFO, the lounge at LAX is a shared lounge, so very basic food/drinks offerings.

VS are due to open their own Clubhouse at LAX at long last. No date's been announced yet but I'd hope it's before next year.

Until then passengers on the VS8 use the Air New Zealand lounge in T2, which isn't bad, and those on the VS24 (which will no longer exist from Oct) use the Virgin America Loft in T3, which is a bit rubbish by all accounts.
