When a non flying club member flies, can another person claim the miles?
I'm bringing my mother from Scotland so she will be doing a single flight so only 750 miles.
She won't be flying again so not worth signing her up.
I was just wondering if there was any way of me claiming her miles?

No, I believe miles can only be claimed by the actual passenger.

The way round it is to sign her up to FC (for which you can both earn bonus miles under the VS referral offer), then arrange with FC for you to have permission to use her miles in the future.

Good idea gumshoe, plus both you AND her get bonus miles! You'll probably earn more from the referral than from her flying!

Refer. We just did this with our son's mate who flew for the first time. Got a whopping 10k miles for UC to ANU.
