Does OLCI open at 8am like seat reservations?

As per the subject. Is OLCI like seat reservations and open at 8am, or is it literally t-24 hours?

OLCI is exactly at T-24.

If you're flying Little Red and connecting with a thru ticket can you check in earlier?

I found that this year with BA I was able to check into both flights at the same time, so essentially T-26 for the second leg.
