Hi,
About 10 weeks ago I submitted an EU claim against Virgin for a flight cancellation from Montego Bay to LGW. They state you should receive an acknowledgment letter within 28 days, however I have not heard anything from then. I can't find any contact details for that department at VA, has anyone got any advice on how to proceed?

There isn't a specific number for the claims dept.
You could try calling the standard number, although I imagine that might end up being a frustrating experience.

You're best bet would be to contact them through their social media team, either FB or Twitter. I, and a few others on here, have had problems and contacted them through social media, the response if very quick and they were able to get the relevant people to contact me asap.
