Miles more friends - how long to receive bonus?

Hi all,

I got a colleague to sign up to FC via the email link and they booked a flight which they took last week. Just wondered how long it takes to receive the bonus? Also, do you still get it if the flights were with Delta?

Travel on codeshare flights and partner airlines will not qualify for Miles More Friends bonus Miles.
