Afternoon all,

I have a rental through Hertz for my upcoming trip to Las Vegas but would like to speak to a manager at the LAS location about an issue with a previous rental and the possibility of helping upgrading my upcoming one.
Does anyone have a contact email for any of the managers at the Hertz LAS location?

I ended up in a similar position over a previous rental at LAS. I just emailed Customer Services, who the next day made me a suitable compensation offer in 'credit' for my next rental

Worked for me...

Thanks Peter,

I have just emailed them, I'm hoping they can honour a rate and mileage package from a previous rental for a very specific car they were unable to supply.

Fingers crossed.
