Today's VS16 from Orlando to Gatwick

Hi, anyone know what's happening with today's 16. Incoming 15 on time. Same plane going back delayed from 19.35 until 01.00 tomorrow morning?

Pilot reported in sick and a replacement coming up from Miami.

EU261 might be a challenge here, I guess VS could legitimately claim extraordinary circumstances at an outstation.

I would be claiming if it was a similar length delay at LHR/LGW though.
