After giving some feedback to VS Customer Relations about the superb CC and especially the FSM on our VS11 flight recently, I got this in the post today, which I thought was cute and a nice touch from VS. The back of the card says the feedback will be passed on. y) y)

Indeed, I was the starter of the thread a few months ago ... Love the little keyring, still using it now ...

i have given great feedback to vs on last two occasions. got a good response back from the first one and but not a reply on the second. :-(
forgot to ask for the salt and pepper shakers on last trip too grrrr
oh well next trip is BA!

Just got one of these too - sent a glowing report about our UC experience last month and - as mentioned above - now have a keyring to go with our salt and pepper shakers.

It's a great touch, a real understanding of how the little things affect people's perceptions of a company.
