Change in T&Cs for cancelling REWARD seats

Cancel >7 days before departure and get a full refund of miles and and the fees etc less a £30 admin fee

Cancel <7 days before departure and you lose the miles and are charged a £30 admin fee to process the surcharges etc refund

I personally didn't realise it was that good for cancelling/rebooking before. Cheaper than the potential BA Change I was going to make.

And I was just on the phone with VS FC yesterday requesting some Gs to be held for me (more on that another time perhaps when it's all done and dusted), and I'm pretty sure I was told that the miles are refundable as long as the cancellation is requested with more than 24 hours before the flight.

I did see Rob's blog this morning and was wondering about who's right.
