Hi all,

I was looking for a menu before we went away, but couldn't see one on v-flyer (I didn't look very hard i have to admit), so i thought i'd take some snapshots on the flight over and post them here. Please delete this if the content is not allowed.

So the crispy prawns swapped out for a warm salmon filet with lentils from the month before then on the mains.
Like the idea of the sharing plates in the Extras tho.
No wine menu???? :| :|

deep_south wrote:Is that the same menu for both LHR & LGW flights - we are off to Cuba on Monday.....

And is it the same for outbound and inbound?

No, the LGW menu is different or at least was on the recent VS63 & 64 to and from Cuba

Menus do differ from flight to flight, and the outbound's always completely different to the inbound.

The US flights essentially share the same menu but the others usually include a nod to the local cuisine of your destination.

Looks a nice menu, I'm flying UC from Tokyo next month. Has anyone ever munched their way through the entire graze menu? Last time I had the burger and a lamb kebab, I must have worms cos' I'm always munching. I had two full English at the clubhouse also.

I don't know about worms. I had two 15yr olds in UC in July and they had every single item on the onboard menu out and back. The FSM (outward) said she had never seen it before. On the outward they started in the CH and had eaten two breakfasts each…..on the return we'd had two weeks AI in Antigua and still demolished every single a la carte and graze offering…..both are stick thin. When you are a teenager perhaps, but not now, not with middle aged spread. :D

Annnoying isn't it. Teenage boys seem able to eat vast amounts every day and still look like stick insects. I merely glance in the direction of a piece of chocolate and put on pounds!
