UC Reward to SFO obtained

Not been around for a little while, so out of touch with a lot of the changes VS related, so I knew there was only one place to get the right answers.

I managed to get an UC reward return to SFO in May next year, almost fell off my seat when it came up, as the dates available were just about perfect.

I have not been able to select a seat, and I can see that there are 2 flights a day, when did that happen ?

Is it normal not to be able to select a seat ? I am on the Airbus flight later in the day and not the Boeing 747/400. Is there a chance that the plane type will change and explain why I cannot select a seat ?

Seat selection not available until 60 days before departure, set the alarm!

As part of the Joint Venture with Delta there have been a few changes

At present you can only select your seat 60 days prior to each leg of your journey.
