It appears vs au holders and maybe business use the first class section of the clipper lounge. It's reasonable although I don't recognise any of the spirit brands so sticking with the old trusty kingfisher at moment. I've been here before as the non first class bit is the pp lounge here, but it has been improved since March with better furniture

Arrived in hope I'd see the newer full business lounge at airport for mixed carriers but disappointed. Imagine I'll get to see via ba next year as they seem to use for their ffs.

I'm sure I've mentioned many times but I'll be sad to see virgin go on this route, as both working and film watching in virgins pe is superior to e other airline. had a very enjoyable flight out here and hoping the return will be as good. Aiming to sleep through and Have my first arrivals experience tommorrow.

Hydration-wise, the Kingfisher gets my vote.

What are tonight's food offerings, and did you buy the Rickshaw parked in Duty Free?

Have a great flight back to LHR, and enjoy the Revivals lounge.

Not checked on food really but looks to be a good spread - western sandwiches of 2-3 types plus around 7 Indian options. I'm not eating though saving for the meat on landing.

Gone full vegan for the 2 weeks here with help of a member of my team. Lost 2 belt holes and feel great. Great detox. And tastes amazing, but I would suggest eating out with a local friend if trying similar. And no, I can't name hardly any dish, but I can give some restaurant reccomendations from my Visa card when bill comes in!

Six weeks of trekking and climbing out from Namche Bazaar left me in a similar state; at times I was almost driven to murder a chicken.

On returning to Kathmandu, I wanted yoghurt, and had an intense crazing for pizza with meat on it.

Unfortunately, rancid buffalo failed to hit the spot and the wood-fired delicacy was left, uneaten.

Luckily, the place that I used to eat breakfast delivered in spades; I'll post the name when I remember it.

I'm here tonight. It looks like the temporary lounge will be a gate area once the new lounge opens. The bar at the end has a good line up of spirits.

I agree it's a shame that Virgin are pulling the route. Using up some miles on this trip. Check in staff said the focus would be transatlantic moving forward - which is now well known.
